Product Description

The Stage Beam 20W RGB laser projector is a three-colour diode system built for nightclubs, touring stages and rental fleets that need dependable beam and animation output night after night. A 20W RGB engine combining 6W red at 638nm, 6W green at 525nm and 8W blue at 450nm delivers saturated colour mixing and long-throw beams across a scanning angle of plus or minus 25 degrees. Operators can drive the fixture over ILDA, DMX512, SD card playback, the handheld remote control or the iOS and Android phone app, so one unit covers both a fixed club install and a dry-hire rack travelling between venues.

Key Features
  • Balanced 20W RGB diode engine: The 6W red, 6W green and 8W blue channels are matched to keep white balance stable, so colour mixing stays consistent across every pattern instead of drifting towards a green or blue cast during a long show.
  • Five control paths in one housing: ILDA, DMX512, SD card, remote control and the iOS Android app are all available without extra hardware, letting lighting designers, sound engineers and venue staff each work in the interface they already know.
  • 128 patterns plus custom content: A factory library of 128 built-in patterns covers beams, tunnels, waves, text and animation frames, and operators can draw or type their own effects in the app and upload them as presets stored inside the machine.
  • Stable imported diode source: Imported laser diodes paired with analogue modulation keep the light source steady, with an expected service life of more than 10,000 hours and low heat build-up in continuous beam operation.
  • Compact 5.5 kg chassis: A 27 by 18 by 15 cm body and 5.5 kg net weight make the fixture easy to truss-mount in pairs, pack into a road case and ship by express or air freight with no special handling.
  • Worldwide voltage and CE build: The AC 100 to 240V wide-range input works on any mains supply from Europe to Southeast Asia, and the CE marked electrical design simplifies import clearance and venue insurance checks.

Applications

Nightclubs and live music venues use the fixture for aerial beam fanning over a dance floor, while rental companies pair two or four units for travelling DJ and EDM productions where quick set-up matters more than fixture count. Wedding and banquet halls run the SD card and remote control modes for fixed, staff-operated decoration, and KTV rooms, bars and exhibition booths rely on the app mode so owners can change shows from a phone without a lighting console. Stage and theatre crews take the ILDA path for frame-accurate animation synced to timecode, and event agencies use the 128 pattern library for laser advertising, brand logos and text projection at product launches.

Control and Programming Workflow
  1. Mount the projector on a stable truss clamp or stand, then set the projection distance according to the power level and the safe audience clearance of the venue.
  2. Connect the power adapter and confirm the local supply is within the AC 100-240V range before switching the unit on.
  3. For console control, set the DMX start address on the rear panel and daisy-chain the signal cable from the controller, or connect the ILDA interface for direct show playback.
  4. For standalone playback, copy the laser show files to the root directory of the SD card, then select the pattern and mode from the panel, the remote control or the phone app.
Packaging & Quality Assurance

Each unit is packed in a shock-proof foam insert inside an export-grade corrugated carton measuring 34 by 25 by 24 cm, with the power adapter, remote control, key accessories and a printed quick-start guide included as standard. Every projector is powered on, visually checked for beam alignment and pattern playback, and burn-in tested before packing. A 12 month warranty covers the complete unit, and spare diodes, scanners and power supplies are held in stock for fast after-sales support. OEM branding, custom carton printing, customised pattern libraries and mixed-model container loading are available for distributors and rental chains.
